Raibar is a matrimonial platform designed to help British Bengali Muslims find suitable marriage partners. By using our services, you confirm that you are seeking marriage in accordance with Islamic principles.

2. Eligibility

To use Raibar, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally eligible to marry
• Be a Muslim or willing to convert to Islam for marriage
• Be genuinely seeking marriage (not casual dating)
• Not be currently married (unless seeking a second spouse in accordance with Islamic law)
• Be able to form a binding contract under UK law

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Create only one account for yourself
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

Family members may create profiles on behalf of marriage seekers with their consent. The account holder remains responsible for all activity on the account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the platform for purposes other than seeking marriage
• Solicit money or financial assistance from other users
• Impersonate another person
• Use automated systems or bots to access the platform
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Share other users' information without consent

5. Content Standards

All content you submit must:

• Be truthful and accurate
• Be respectful and appropriate for a Muslim matrimonial platform
• Not infringe any third party's rights
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Photos must be of yourself (or the person you're representing) and should be modest and appropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

6. Profile Visibility

By creating a profile, you understand that:

• Your profile will be visible to other registered members
• You can control photo privacy settings
• You can hide your profile at any time
• Deleted profiles are removed from visibility immediately

7. Communication Guidelines

When communicating with other users:

• Be respectful and maintain Islamic adab (etiquette)
• Keep conversations focused on marriage compatibility
• Do not share inappropriate or explicit content
• Respect other users' boundaries and wishes
• Do not persist in contacting someone who has declined interest

8. Verification

While we encourage profile verification, we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users. Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity and accuracy of information provided by potential matches.

We recommend involving family members and conducting thorough verification before making any commitments.

9. Disclaimers

Platform Role: Raibar provides a platform for introducing potential marriage partners. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any relationships formed through the platform.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match or that using our services will result in marriage.

User Verification: While we may implement verification measures, we cannot verify all information provided by users. Exercise caution and conduct your own due diligence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raibar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Interactions with other users
• Failed or unsuccessful matches
• Misrepresentation by other users
• Loss of data or service interruptions

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We receive complaints about your conduct
• We suspect fraudulent or harmful activity
• You have not used your account for an extended period

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

12. Intellectual Property

The Raibar name, logo, and all content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to use it for operating the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
